  1. A clear view of the work

An operations overview puts customer context, work requiring attention, and recent activity in one workspace.

  2. Focus on one customer

A fictional Cedar House project needs a follow-up. The selected row brings the customer into the conversation.

  3. Ask in context

“Show me the latest report for this customer.” The sample request stays connected to the selected project.

  4. Make room for the report

The orb and command area move aside while the report opens in the adjacent workspace. Context stays visible.

  5. Understand the finding

A scripted explanation highlights the report’s open item: a missing site photo. The operator can inspect the source before acting.

  6. Prepare the next step

An illustrative email draft asks for the missing photo. It remains a draft awaiting a person’s decision.

  7. Keep the human in control

The operator reviews the recipient and wording, then approves the illustrated next action. Nothing is sent by this portfolio.

  8. Close the loop

An illustrative activity entry records the reviewed action, then the workspace returns to the overview. This is a scripted product story.

01 / THE PROBLEM

What needed to work better.

An owner needs to move between customer context, reports, and follow-up work without losing the thread of a decision.

02 / AARON'S CONTRIBUTION

Design the connection.

Aaron designed and built the Command Center's operator experience, including the conversation workspace, contextual panels, and approval-oriented action flow.

03 / THE SOLUTION

A deliberate flow.

A conversation panel and a larger working panel share one surface. The orb and command area make room for a report, while the operator keeps the explanation and next action in context.

04 / WHAT THE EVIDENCE SHOWS
  • The visual reconstruction follows verified BEA product references: light glass surfaces, a collapsible navigation rail, and a 36/64 conversation-to-workspace split.
  • The storyboard explains an intended operator journey using fictional data and scripted responses.
  • Company records describe a free full-version beta; this case study does not establish customer acceptance or measured business results.
Evidence & context

This original representation is grounded in verified product specifications and visual references. It is not the real application. Illustrated AI responses and completion states do not establish live integrations, email delivery, or actual execution.
